1) Gather everything before you start
  • Baby details: Aryaan Junhoi Suri, born March 22, 2026, Toronto, Ontario, 3890g.

4) Order the birth certificate in the same session
  1. Pick the certificate type you want.

6) Final review + attestation
  1. Read the summary screen slowly.
  2. Confirm spellings for Aryaan, Junhoi, and Suri.
  3. Have both parents present if the form requires joint certification / attestation.
  4. Submit and screenshot the confirmation page.
  5. Save confirmation number in Notes and forward it to yourselves by email.
